Per Device Unlimited Telephone and Remote Support Packages
Our per device unlimited support packages deliver just what they say: You get genuinely unlimited support on the devices that you wish to cover (excluding servers).
All per device unlimited packages include:

- Integration with anti-virus and web protection services
- Discount from our standard on-site support rates
The installation of monitoring/remote management software is required to enable this support. The cost of the packages, including the required software, start from only £5.00 per device (dependent on the number of devices to be covered).
Pay-as you go support is also available from £50.00 per incident which includes the first 30 minutes of a support engineer’s time. Additional time beyond this period is chargeable at £50.00 per 30 minute period or part thereof.
