Established in Stalbridge, North Dorset, in 1990, Four County Services Ltd have been supplying IT systems and services to individuals and businesses throughout the South West since the very early days of the personal computer.

As the company name suggests we originally operated in four counties, namely: Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire but as we have grown we have taken on several clients with branch offices much further afield. The advent of high speed broadband services has allowed us to support these branches directly and we now service customer sites throughout the whole of the UK.

We offer a wide range of online cloud-based services including Microsoft Office 365, SolarWinds 24/7 Security Monitoring, Patch Management, Web Security and Risk Intelligence, Bitdefender Managed Anti-Virus protection and Acronis Cloud Backup amongst others.

As far as hardware is concerned we can supply everything from a single computer to a multi-server network including all ancillary and peripheral equipment. As well as standard off-the shelf systems we have a purpose-built workshop where we assemble a wide range of desktop, floor-standing and rack mounted systems to suit all requirements. Each system is designed to match the customer's specific requirements which ensures that we deliver maximum value for money every time.

Associated services include system and software installation, business broadband solutions, enterprise email and network cabling provision.

In 2006 we a created a sister company, FCS Co Ltd, in Thailand. Initially established to provide a web design and SQL development facility to complement our services back in the UK this has worked well for us now for well over a decade. During that time FCS Thailand has also grown its own local client base and diversified its services, and now, apart from the core services offered, it also specialises in the supply and installation of IP cameras and digital CCTV systems. This speciality allows us to offer the same products and services in the UK with the backup of years of experience in system design, implementation and support from our overseas colleagues.

For us, the logistics of operating two companies thousands of miles apart included the need to have a secure and robust remote access system in place. Having appraised many products from many vendors over the years we have developed a deep understanding of the specific capabilities and strengths of different systems. Building on this knowledge we now supply multi-branch secure communication between head offices and branch stores for several well-known brand names.

Today, using the wealth of experience accumulated over the last quarter of a century, we are able to service our distributed customer base, supplying all their IT requirements, as easily as if they were in the next building. Our focus is, and will always be, to build lasting customer relationships by providing the very best service and support to our clients no matter what their size or location.
